Terms of Service

Draft of July 9, 2026 — plain English on purpose; under legal review. If anything here ever contradicts what we told you in person, we honor what we told you.

What HarmonyCircle is — and is not

HarmonyCircle is a set of practical tools for people rebuilding after loss: meal planning, daily routines, community, and help organizing the practical side of grief. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for either. If you are in crisis, we will always point you to real humans — call or text 988 in the US, any hour. Nothing in this product is designed to replace that, and nothing ever will be.

Your account

You sign in with an email link — no password. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to your inbox could open your HarmonyCircle. You must be 18 or older.

Paying, and stopping paying

Subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or yearly, per the price you chose. You can cancel anytime: tell the Concierge or email us, and a person cancels it within one business day — no retention scripts, no hoops. You keep access through the period you paid for. If we ever raise prices, existing members are told plainly and in advance; Founding Members’ price stays locked for as long as they stay.

Your content is yours

Recipes you save, stories you record, posts you write — yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the product works, and nothing more. When you delete something, we delete it. When you leave, you can ask for everything to be erased and we erase it.

The AI parts, plainly

Some features are powered by Google’s Gemini models (and our support concierge is one of them). AI answers can be wrong; anything important — money, legal, health — deserves a human double-check, and our AI is instructed to tell you the same. Crisis language is never handled by AI: it opens the human door immediately.

Kindness is a rule here, not a vibe

In community spaces: no harassment, no scams, no preying on grieving people, no impersonation. We remove content and accounts that do harm, and a human reviews every removal.

The boring-but-necessary part

The service is provided “as is”; we work hard to keep it up but cannot promise perfection. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. These terms are governed by Georgia law. If a dispute arises we will try a plain conversation before anything formal.
